Return Policy

We want you to love your batana oil products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

• Contact us at info@caymexky.com within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Damaged or incorrect items: contact us with a photo and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
